I worked at this company for over two years, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The work environment was consistently stressful, with poor management practices and a serious lack of support for employees. Constructive feedback was rarely welcomed, and instead of fostering a culture of growth and collaboration, the atmosphere often felt toxic and demoralizing. There was no recognition for hard work, and favoritism seemed to drive most decisions rather than merit. Communication from upper management was inconsistent, and often employees were left in the dark regarding important changes or expectations. Overall, I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for a healthy, respectful, or growth-oriented workplace. I stayed as long as I did hoping for improvement, but unfortunately, the core issues were never addressed.
