    E.W. Tipping Foundation was founded in 1970 to continue the work of E.W. (Bill) Tipping, a prominent Melbourne journalist and disability advocate.Since then, we have grown to be one of the largest providers of services to people with a disability and young people who are vulnerable in Victoria.
