The good thingsThe staff I worked with day to day. I made friendships for life.

The challengesThe business focus and pay incentives created levels of stress on the employees and myself. It affected my mental well-being with no support from upper management or HO leaders. My contributions weren't always recognised and my concerns raised weren't always heard. The inequality in pay and recognition made it increasingly difficult to stay motivated and I felt like a burden for struggling with both my mental and physical health in result to this.
