    Change is not always for the better.
    The good thingsMy first 4 and a half years with the organisation was amazing. I was surrounded by supportive, encouraging and caring work colleagues, including leadership, who all shared the same passion to support the members of the community who were facing barriers within their lives to flourish positively.
    The challengesThe change in leadership in my last 2 years with the organisation, as well as new work colleagues, who focused less on caring and supporting the members of the community and more focused on business and politics, leaving many clients' feeling let down, unsupported and judged.
