the course as a whole was really specific and had a wide range of learning and classes that are absolutely necessary in this day and age, i would say a negative would be how massive the school is and having to try and navigate the school to get to class was a tad annoying. i also disliked how some of the courses you had to complete in the city and are not able to complete in the lilydale campus, otherwise if you are willing to travel into the city either by train or car than the city campus and william angliss is worth the price.

The teachers were excellent all had industry experience or were still in yhe industry I did feel some subjects were rushed due to time frames of the course period thst perhaps if the course was extended by a few monthz it will allow for better detail especially with things like chocolate and dessert making. The assignments were well planned and easy to compmete once the knowledge on class was taught.
