If you are thinking about studying Bachelor of Education, do NOT attend this university. The units are repetitive and incredibly similar in content. Communicating with course coordinator/field coordinator/unit coordinators is incredibly difficult. Moreover, if you reside in NSW, according to the University, you are NOT allowed to be paid for your final internship, regardless of the fact that NESA allows for pre-service teachers to be paid during their final prac. If you have a casual interim teaching number, it will NOT count towards your professional experience, regardless of the fact that NESA recognises your casual experience so you are required to be unpaid for a full 11 weeks. In this current economic climate, with the rising cost of living, this university is out of touch and provides zero support for its students. Study elsewhere.

A great course to learn and understand the science of the world. There are however a few negatives such as the little resources available for some units and the lack of support through teachers.
