Home in Place offers a positive work environment characterised by strong career development opportunities and excellent work-life balance. The organisation is known for its inclusive and supportive culture, where passionate employees work together towards meaningful goals. Employees particularly value the competitive benefits package including flexible work arrangements and fortnightly RDOs.

Working for an organisation with a shared mission and values is highly rewarding
The good thingsI've been with the organisation for almost 12 years, and during that time have had a number of development and secondment opportunities that have supported my career goals. Every part of the business - whether they are customer facing or not - share the same customer focus and values and are deeply invested in improving customer experiences and outcomes.
The challengesIt's a highly rewarding job, but a challenging sector to work in. I love what I do, but you do need to have resilience and an open mind (and heart) and be prepared to be challenged and rewarded every day.
