    The good thingsFlexible working arrangements (to an extent, lots of rules around the arrangements and not fully flexible)
    The challengesThe People and Culture team are not for the people. The staff turnover is very high Although they claim to support career development, it is very much not the case. Salaries across the board are extremely low. The Service Leaders are paid very well while the rest of the organisation is on peanuts

    The good thingsBe home every night with the family after working away for many yrs. Work life balance. Progressions in the work place. Being able to lead by example to the less experienced and give guidance to others that have not worked on the out side of council life
    The challengesWorking with multiple different mentality’s in different workers and getting them to strive to there full potential and thrive on what they are able to accomplish
