    Unless you are a person who always says yes to everything you’re asked to do without questioning it, and you like operating in a workplace set in the 90’s, look elsewhere.
    The good thingsBeing able to show/tell people about the region
    The challengesInadequate training - You are expected to teach/train yourself how to do your job from a very lengthy procedures manual. There are far too many outdated systems to learn - they do not take advantage of modern technologies available that can simplify and streamline processes. They have a different system for each process. There are so many highly inefficient procedures and processes that when combined create an extremely large and unnecessary waste of time & resources. There is a lengthy checklist of tasks you’re required to perform every day including mundane/obvious tasks that really don’t need to be listed eg “turn the lights on, turn the computers on”. Managment have very outdated personnel management styles - you’re required to act like a robot showing only happy feelings at all times. If you show anything other than positivity (eg confusion) management will mistake this for a bad attitude. Management aren’t receptive to criticism or negative feedback.
