    The good thingsLaid-back work environment in a quiet country town.
    The challengesSenior staff that act like high schoolers; poor management; organisation is well behind the times (WFH, etc.); high staff turnover; and lack of development opportunites.

    Poor working conditions
    The good thingsThere were some really nice people who worked there. Another good thing for me was when I walked out the door and never looked back.
    The challengesThere were other staff members who were very unprofessional, domineering, intimating towards others (which management did not reprimand) and did not fulfill their role or show any attempt to help the local community. Poor working conditions were allowed to continue. There was no organization or direction or any form of community orientation.
