    great gear reasonable money friendly management and yard staff in relation to the salary question like 99% of long distance driving positions pay is based on per kilometer and MRT paid a good rate as i said i left due to one of there office staff that th
    The good thingsWell maintained good gear to drive. the owners and tha allocator that was organising trucks and deliveries worked with the drivers loaded so i could go through home.
    The challengesI only left due to the hiring of a new allocator who had no idea he more then likely cost the company a number of experienced good operator's before he was replaced him. A good allocator can make a interstate truck drivers position easy a bad one not only makes the job hard but dangerous for everyone
