I see a lot of growth opportunities and envision myself in this role for a long time.
The good thingsI have been warmly welcomed by an incredibly supportive team. Everyone is always willing to help and genuinely great to be around. I can see diversity in the teams and there is recognition for all groups and events that celebrate this. Amazing to see a company acknowledge LGBTQ+, First Nations and Disabilities when providing training to all staff.
The challengesThe processes can be lengthy to ensure everything is compliant, which is understandable.
