    Tough on wellbeing.
    The good thingsHuge potential to achieve big projects in an under developed and beautiful region, great climate and natural resources to boost tourism and economic growth and one day embrace experienced staff who move to the area, although temporarily at present.
    The challengesHierarchy and archaic systems and processes, not yet outcome driven, 1950s style management (proud of the 67 per cent annual turnover of staff) toxic to the wellbeing of staff, salary and conditions could be more respectful, experienced candidates or “outsiders” are not welcomed and encouraged to leave despite bringing much needed skills and investment to the area. Equality and diversity not embraced yet. Like the region, huge potential to do great things one day.
