Genuine transformation and a very supportive team culture
The good thingsThe executive team is genuinely excited about our transformation, which makes a huge difference. You feel like you have their full backing to actually modernise things and do architecture properly, rather than just patching up old systems. It’s a great place to grow because there is so much change happening. The environment is also really supportive—it’s a collaborative culture where people actually help each other out, and it feels like a safe place to bring new ideas to the table.
The challengesThe momentum is great, but we need to keep a close eye on communication across the different teams. As the pace of transformation stays high, making sure everyone stays in the loop is going to be key to keeping the whole organisation aligned.
