What’s it like working at Justice Health NSW?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Justice Health NSW offers several positive aspects including a supportive team environment with dedicated colleagues, excellent training and development opportunities, and good work-life balance through flexible leave arrangements. Staff particularly value the meaningful work with vulnerable populations and the unique healthcare setting.

However, employees note some challenges including concerns with senior management decision-making and communication processes. Healthcare staff face practical challenges accessing patients in the correctional environment, and there are concerns about job security due to the prevalence of temporary positions over permanent roles.
