hiya, I’ve been a registered nurse for 3 years & have recently moved interstate to broaden my practice & spread my wings etc. Recently i’ve been feeling like i’ve lost the love for my job. I currently work in Paediatrics but am wondering if my calling is more in dermatology or more out of hospital nursing? I am struggling lately with the lack of purpose i feel as a hospital nurse and that I am making no difference in the world. Does anyone have any ideas for pathways or job opportunities? TIA

Im 39 & after always working in admin previously, having now taken time to raise my family am now returning to work & changing career, Past 12months I have done all theory for Cert 4 in Youth work, & only work placement component remaining before I will be completed & actively searching for employment. What are some reccommended avenues for work placement if I want to avoid the usual and regular roles such as DCP residential or Crisis Intervention?
