Motivated and safety-conscious construction professional with beginning my apprenticeship at Newsome Ltd HVAC as a Contracts Manager before moving into the servicing and maintenance side, I then left this company and joined Enco Limited a Mechanical, Electrical, Pipefitting and Fabrication company where I gained 2.5 years of site experience as a labourer/machine operator and saw out the remainder of my apprenticeship, in this time I also gained my SSSTS allowing me to act as a Site Supervisor.

So employers are offering full time work with a 6 month probation. But yet we still have to give 2 weeks notice and they can tell us any time is this true? I took on full time just to get by but there making things so hard to get to that next stepping stone.
