My challenges have been very difficult to do the discrimination of employment such as having a disability. Why do I get set up like three days or a week and get treated so badly by other employees so poorly and disgusting

I read an article last week about 'quiet cracking' which is basically burnout. My work is super hectic at the moment and there are times when I go home completely wrecked and just stare at my phone - Is that burnout? I'm sure it's not good but I'm only in my 20s so it can't permanently damage me can it?
