Work Place Bullying & Harrassment is honestly at an all time high. Literally every job I have had I have been bullied and made to feel like garbage,so many times that I have questioned being alive.I am honestly an honest and open person & so relaxed & yet people still seem to go off at me & make me feel like I am worthless because they are having a bad time or didn't train me properly or out right just don't like me.Like whatever happened to just going to work to do a good job & then go home?!?

I’m struggling with a colleague. I’ve noticed they don’t speak to me the same way they speak to other staff. Their tone is different and the way they approach communication is vastly different from how they approach other staff. I thought it was just me misreading the situation or just simply overthinking it, but different colleagues have told me that they see the difference.I spoke to someone about it all but it seems like nothing is going further than that. any advice on how to approach it?

i hate my job so much, idc if they see this. they literally overwork their workers, hire the most unwilling people ever who are uninterested in working there. but they cut my hours instead of people who clearly slack off, it’s so unbelievable. and they have the audacity to tell me i’m unreliable, so hard to find a job, i’ll get interviews but it’ll never progress. so i’m stuck being treated poorly by my job

I was abused by a co-worker and when I complained about it, I was told thats just the way that person is and to move on. Then in the same meeting they decided to tell me that they're putting me on a performance review plan. Nothing was mentioned about my work until I made a formal complaint about this co-worker.

I'm new to the corporate workplace and not sure about whether I should eat lunch with my team if they ask? I prefer to just zone out during my break or watch something on my phone, but I don't want to be seen as anti-social. I'm worried doing my own thing will make me seem like not a 'team player'. Does anyone here have a similar team culture where people usually have lunch together - and what do you do if you don't always want to join them?

Overcoming weak leadership and workplace toxicity - seeking answers to what has become a growing concern. I have witnessed firsthand and by observation great workers being vilified by weak leaders. Regardless of skills and experience, knowledgeable and highly skilled, emotionally intelligent people are being shown the door without regard to the ripple effect on other staff to placate reactive management who are threatened by a worker who displays intelligence and skill.

NEED TO LEARN HOW TO READ A CV ALSO LEARN WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS (selling) once the sales drop guess what happens ?????your job its on the line so literally everyone is replaceable overnight ….. please ask relevant quizzes or questions not some stupid random BS …feed the people on the frontline they are the ones that bring the income to the place and to ALL owners stay asleep you have done that for nearly 20 years good job …

Are there any " good employers" nowadays? I have worked as a blue collar worker at various jobs over the last 30+ years and I have come to the conclusion that decent employers are very few and far between. It appears that since covid, your just expected to put up and shut up of you want to get paid. Working conditions are average if not worse, wages are down because " the other bloke will do it cheaper " and micromanagement is rife everywhere Is it just me? Am I just being pessimistic?
