I messed up my interview. I want to do better but I can't just answer confidently or comfortably when I'm being interviewed, and the words that's in my head is not properly communicate, like its been blocked. Someone advice me on how do I handle this?

Okay, so I was approached by the company. Had my first interview on the phone, got called in to the office for a second interview and then the next morning they reached out asking if their salary package meets my requirements. I said I was excited to join and start with them if opportunity arises blah blah and said I’d want more than what they’re offering (not much more) and asked about doing a 9 day fortnight. It’s all under processing but the wait and anticipation is killing me!!! Ahhhhhh

Hi everyone, I recently interviewed for two different roles at the same company — one about four weeks ago and another two weeks ago. Both times, they said they’d get back to me the following week, but I haven’t heard anything yet. I’m wondering — does this usually mean I wasn’t successful, or is it just part of the decision process? From your experience, is it normal in Wellington or NZ for interview results to take up to four weeks? Thank you so much.

A childhood accident left me with a stutter, impairing my ability to speak fluently. This has alwsys made job interviews hell and very difficult. Despite advice to declare my disability for accommodations, it hasn't helped. Accommodations are often inadequate, interviewers seem to ignore my stutter, and the feedback criticises me for being "not detailed or coherent" (what a surprise). The stutter always negates my 3 degrees and international experience in interviews. Need advice navigating this

I was interviewed 3 weeks ago and the HR told me they would get back to me within a week. However I followed up last Friday and they said they haven’t finalised the process. Meanwhile the job advertised has expired on seek. The interview went very well and I was even taken on a tour to their production plant. Should I be worried that it’s taking more time than they originally mentioned?
