I'm trying to start my career I'm doing something I'm passionate about but I'm getting really disheartened because I don't think anyone wants me and I want to show everybody that I'm worth something I have lots of clearances and more I would like a job where I can help people and if you think I would be suitable I wouldn't mind talking to someone about this helping me get into position where I can help people

I'm feeling very unappreciated at work. I'm a senior developer - nearly 54 now - and my level of output is very high but I rarely get any recognition, whereas I see younger workers get promotions and lots of encouragement. I think it’d just be nice to feel seen or appreciated - should I say something or just forget about it? I think it would be almost impossible to get another job at my age - what would you do?

I've been in tech for almost 8 years and now I want to convert into management with the goal of the c-suite. I'm currently a technical lead, managing a +$5 million portfolio and a team of engineers that will grow. I'm look for advice because my current organisation has no progression post group manager and I intend to leave but I've been told that executive leadership is not easy to transition into.
