Christmas leave: is anyone else's company forcing them to take leave between xmas and New Year? I didn’t realise this was a thing lol. My company shuts down for 5 days and we all have to all take those days out of annual leave. I’d rather save my days for when I actually want a holiday, which is not when airfares are through the roof. Is this even legal?
