My current company went to voluntary administration last week . I’m with them for only 2.5 years and currently doing Apprenticeship with them too, only 4/5 months left to finish. Doesn’t looks like company gonna survive but it is just too early to say that. I don’t think so I’m eligible for redundancy as well. Any suggestions , should I stick to them until it goes to liquidation or move on find another job. I’m on bit of confusion right now. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks

I don’t have industry experience yet, but I’ve done construction labouring and I’m confident with tools, physical work, and following WHS procedures. I always follow up with employers, but many tell me they have chosen someone with experience. I’m committed, reliable, and ready to learn just looking for someone willing to give me a chance to start my career in plumbing.

Hi everyone, I’m from Africa. life here hasn’t been easy. The situation keeps getting harder — unstable economy, lack of job opportunities, and daily struggles to survive. I work as a drywall installer, plasterer, and painter, despite my skills and hard work, it’s been tough to grow or find stable opportunities. I’ve stayed humble and resilient through it all, believing that better days will come. Now I’m hoping to migrate to Europe. If anyone has advice on how to make that move possible 🙏
