Does everyone need a reference number while looking for work or no? I don’t think that’s important. What important is your skills your communication and your attitude and work?

It's a great question Marina and it will be interesting to see other people weigh in. A lot of the time now references aren't included on the resume and application, but are available on request if the employer would like to pursue things further. That prevents your references from getting inconvenienced and also gives you a chance to give them the heads up about someone calling.
