Enrolled Nurse
I am mentally exhausted now. I have been looking for Enrolled Nurse position around Ipswich area. There’s non, either they look for full time or experienced. I am a student, can’t do full time. This is so horrible being a jobless and you gotta pay your bills.

It's honestly ridiculous. There's a national nursing shortage but hospitals only want to employ nurses with experience. How can nurses gain experience if nobody hires them?

Laboratory Technician
A lot of Queensland Health jobs are internal. Try getting a lesser job (Nurse Aides, phlebotomist, cleaner ect.) to get your foot in the door if nothing comes up on seek.
Also call them! Tell them your looking for a part time job and your willing to do xyz. They might not have anything but you can send them a resume/application letter.

First professional job is a challenge in all industries.. only thing that will work for overseas students is to show participation in local culture and workforce.. businesses don’t care abt your overseas experience, even if volunteered they want local experience where you have faced local work culture and how things are done.. in most cases show free volunteer experience does the trick

If you still read this… You could apply to an aged care facility for an Assistant in Nursing/ Personal Care Worker position, you should get that easily. When they get desperate and they already know you, they will likely give you the EN role.
Don’t give up, life is a battle! As Trump said, “Fight! Fight! Fight!”
