I really need a job. I’ve been applying on SEEK for years now, putting in effort and time, but I rarely get any responses back. It’s honestly frustrating and discouraging because I’m willing to work, learn, and show up every day. All I need is an opportunity to prove myself. I’m ready to work hard and give my best I just need someone to give me a chance.

Same here i get it I have applied for 3 months straight and either i have been ghosted or rejected just because i don't have any experience but just have faith as your day will come one day so keep applying. Also you can use other website as when i used one i got interview next week so do that. Good luck

Getting those responses out there is the best thing you can do George. And it sounds like you're putting in the hard work for it. People not hearing back at all is something we hear all to often, so try not to take it too personally.
How's your CV and cover letter? Do you refresh and have people look over them for you?

I feel for you George. They say you can teach skills but you can't always teach a great attitude so it's hard to know why you're not getting a chance to show what you can do.
Sorry if you're already on this but do you try to capture all the stuff about your drive and keenness to learn and put in when you're applying?
