Project Estimator
Hello everyone. I wish you all a Happy New Year & success .
I’m so frustrated with the recruitment process & employers. I’m working as a project estimator and want to upskill myself by transitioning into Contracts Administrator. Why is everyone asking for 2+ years of experience even for junior roles ? How would they fill the gap of vacancies if no one’s ready to hire, train and encourage new talent ? What’s the best thing I can do at this stage to start working as contracts administrator.
