I am currently looking for a job to start in second week of January 2026. I have submitted various applications. Unfortunately I have no luck yet. Is age matters over experience? Can you advise me on what to do to get someone or for an employer to give me a chance? I am willing to negotiate for a pay or keen to learn new skills. Thank you.
