Is job hopping really a red flag? I don't see how anyone can not be a "job hopper" these days, it's just not how things work anymore. I want to know if having lots of casual or part-time roles is hurting chances of getting a FT job?

I dont know what employers think these days, and it prob depends on the industry, but surely for a lot of jobs they realise how large the casual workforce is. Its not job hopping by choice half the time
