I have trouble trying to use the strong interest, it won't take a pic of me I gave permission and all but it doesn't work
please help

Hi Abigail, It sounds like you might be having trouble with verifying your identity with SEEK Pass, which you'll need to do to show 'Strong interest' in up to three jobs per month. To verify you'll need to submit ID documents. There is some information here: https://seekpass.co/au/credentials/digital-identity.
