Crewing Manager
I’ve been actively seeking job opportunities for the past three years, especially roles offering visa sponsorship. Despite having a strong CV and over 10 years of experience in Marine Shipping ,Logistics operations, global freight strategy, and team leadership I’m still struggling to secure a suitable position. I’m particularly interested in opportunities in Australia and would sincerely appreciate any guidance or support in finding a role that matches my expertise and sponsorship needs.
