I have a question for those working a four-day work week. I keep reading about how companies in New Zealand are adopting the 4-day model, but how do you fit everything into four days? Secondary question: do you think this would work in Australia and would you do longer hours over the 4 days?

I think this ones for the workplaces that genuinly care about their workers wellbeing. No point doing 4 day week if you're doing really heavy hours on the other days to make up for it. Proper staff rotation, and coming at it from a place of wanting to be better, and wanting staff to feel better is the only way it works.
