Assistance in Nursing
I’m currently working as a chef but I’m eager to shift my career path into real estate. I recently applied for an apprenticeship role that stated “no experience needed.” Unfortunately, I was told I don’t have experience — which was discouraging.How we learn if we wont get any chance.
The truth is: I’m young, motivated, and willing to learn. I want to grow in real estate, contribute to the industry, and help people like me who are passionate but just need a chance to start.

I did a career change from Nursing to Real Estate. I really focused on my transferable skills and was lucky enough to get a sales position at an agency with no experience. I did not stay though as I found the income too unreliable (It was at a time the market was hard, listings and sales were hard to get) but I did enjoy it at the time. I think there are agencies out there that will take you on with no experience, unless times have changed because of the boom.

Super disappointing, and unfortunately, it seems to be common. Maybe a disconnect between the people writing the ads, and what the job actually is? 🤔
