Senior Store Crew
May I ask for advice from seniors? With 5 years of experience as a Chief of Store at Indomaret PT Indomarco Prismatama, is it sufficient to apply for a higher retail position or other companies? However, I only have a high school diploma. I'm confident in my soft and hard skills, but my English proficiency is only at an intermediate level.

Don't let your educational level hold you back. I think there comes a time, when your skills and experience should be the focus - not so much what you've done on paper.
Obviously in some roles you have to have certain quals, but it sounds like you could go for this just based on your experience. You won't know, if you don't try. 🙌🏼
