Christmas Casual Sales Professional
I feel lost. Hard work, dedication, and passion feel pointless, even though I did everything “right.” I learned deeply, earned a 9.83 in my bachelor’s and Distinction and Excellence in my master’s, and carried group projects while others coasted. Now they are getting jobs through connections and shallow networking, and the world feels unfair and fake. Part of me wants to give up, but if I stop trying, I lose the only direction I have.
Stupid Employers hiring their friends & connections.

Yes, I have attended networking events but I focus more on learning and then hearing few professional's experience instead of begging for job or referrals.
So many of my classmates who doesn't know a thing are getting hired and I don't know whats wrong with my application. If I ask for feedback, they says because of high volume, we can't provide feedback. Can't they be true to themselves and own it that they want their connections to get hired.
