Totally get that being great in interviews doesn't mean someone would be great in the job (and vice versa). The good news is you can get better at interviews with practice...I used to have practice runs with a mate and it honestly helped heaps. Maybe worth giving a go?

You're not alone with this. 🫶 Interview nerves can be tricky to overcome, and we home most employers understand it doesn't necessarily dictate how you are on the job. Hello everyone,
I am a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with 2 years of experience in Aged Care, along with hands-on experience as a Disability Support Worker. I am currently working in these roles and have strong practical skills in personal care, manual handling, medication assistance, behaviour support, and daily living support.
I am actively applying for PCA / Support Worker roles in Perth, however, as I am new to Perth, I do not yet have local references.
