Is it just me, or is finding a job that even sits you done for an interview really difficult at the moment? I’ve applied for over 40 jobs in the last 2 weeks, and not a single one has even looked at my application??? I’m not necessarily under qualified either.

I’ve been applying for the last 5 years over 500 applications, in a variety of industries. I’ve changed my Resume over 7 times, changed names, even changed genders. All up in that time, I’ve had 3 job interviews, a few phone interviews, And nothing else. This App honestly feels like a scam sometimes.

98% were pathetic ai generate slop or automated response
2 % were either bad attitutude office workers who doesn't even want to talk to you or try to steal your ideas
1% make you work for free and proceed to take adventage of you and back stab you
job market in 2025.

INTERSTATE TRUCK DRIVER
Stay in your lane. Always include a cover letter and information is best face to face instead of a long resume. Keep it simple and honest. After acquiring ANY job you can apply for that dream job whilst employed. I'm lucky enough that I have qualifications and get every job I am interviewed for however confidence and knowledge is key.
