Ive been in the medial admin role for nearly 3 years now and I love it! Ive applied for mater only to get rejected every single time. Do we just keep going until something eventually happens?? I want to move into a senior roll with a organisation that provides the correct training, that gives proven support, an employer that rewards and recognises your hardwork. Does anyone have any tips and tricks for this industry 🥹 I’d be soooo grateful! Thank you for your time.
