Employers ghosting instead of just being honest is so frustrating! They expect us as candiates to be honest and open but they dont extend us the same respect. Its just so annoying. You work hard in cover letters. And the AI chat portals some of these employers use is just as bad. Common courtesy is just to email and let us know if we are not successful, some people hang on for a job they applied for to then never hear anything back.
