Hospo advice needed! I’m a hotel night auditor and I’ve been in my role for 2 years. We recently changed management and are now integrating teams and people are moving to other posts or taking redundancy. Next week I have a meeting with HR about my role and I’m not sure what to expect. If they offer me redundancy what should I do? Will it be easy enough to find another similar job? I would like to keep my job!

If redundancy does come up, maybe don’t say yes on the spot. Ask for details in writing, take it away, think it over. Hospo roles are usually around, but night audit sounds a little more niche, depends on where you are and how many hotels are hiring.
Fingers crossed they just offer you job security and a decent path forward. 🤞
