I'm a communications graduate with around nine months experience at a media agency that takes care of hotel and restaurant clients, doing some general PR work and assisting on campaigns.
For anyone working in hotel comms: would I have a chance pivoting from this role to in-house marcomms for a hotel? Does anyone have experience joining an in-house team from an agency background? Interested to hear stories.
