Tricky situation. I just started a new job two weeks ago and have been invited for an interview at another job I applied for. IF I'm offered the new job, I want to take it. My question is, would I still have to give two weeks notice if I'm still onboarding or can I just call and let them know?

That is very tricky. It wouldn't make sense to invest in onboarding for someone who is leaving. I think i'd just have an honest discussion with them, and I can't see many employers wanting to drag it out another 2 weeks. 🤔
