I’m about to quit on the spot. Workplace bullying has gotten too much, will I loose my annual leave?

Hey Matthew. Depending on how much leave you have accumulated, will depend on what you are entitled to. Resigning on the spot doesn't come with any leave penalties when it comes to regular leave, long service leave on the other hand can be different. Always work having a chat with Fair Work before you make a final decision. 🙏
