Care Assistant
After working in the disability sector for more the 5 years 3 years of that for the same company I have never been treated so unfairly dismissed disrespect by anyone this way before. The company has had me under investigation for 3 months stood me down with no pay and had me waiting for a result for 3 months and still waiting. I think anyone would find that difficult and unfair. Not to mention that all the allegations are falls.
