Yep. I saw many red flags in my last interview. Turned out I didn't get it any way which was a good thing because I felt uninspired by the interviewer's behaviour.

I interviewed once, and I kept slipping up. Got tongue tied giving answers I'd given before, lost my train of thought. Just... all the mistakes you could make.
I could actually and entirely see the woman interviewing me lose interest.
I asked at the end what the next steps were and she stared at me dumbfounded, clearly assuming we all knew it went poorly. That was a long walk back down the hall. 😭

Yes, my interviewer was very strange wanted me to do free trail and work for free for 4 hrs then she will decide if I’m capable of doing the job or not. What a waste of time some managers are here in Brisbane city is shocking!

I had the opposite they asked when I’d be available invited me back to shadow for a day, told me I made a very great impression told me what I’ll be earning and what my OTE was they made me think they were very interested, I never heard from after that lol

Aircraft Technician
Two interviews of note for the wrong reasons.
Jeweller position and they said a full time position had been canned to make to part time positions to save money! False economy and admitting the store wants to be stingy on money.
New Homes sales rep for a company that also sells wine - in the pre interview paperwork they wanted to know my date of birth (optional), they wanted to know what my spouse did for work (optional), they wanted to know how many children I had (optional). All illegal!
