Research Associate
I have been applying to jobs related to Biotech/ Life sciences field since last year. I have a PhD in a similar field and have international experience, but still I feel I am not good enough for the Australian job market. I am just clueless as to what are these recruiters looking for even if I fulfill 80-90 % of the selection criteria. No one will hire me even for entry level jobs. Is there a secret code that I am missing out?
