Total Warehouse Experience
Unfortunately there is no easy answer to this question. Speaking from experience, there remains significant prejudice among Aus employers when it comes to this issue. Despite recommendations by Seek and HREOC that Police checks shouldn't be used unless they are justified by the nature of the role (Working with children/jobs that require handling money), Checks are now incredibly widespread. ANY gov role, ANY med-lge companies including multi-nats and ALL recruitment companies will insist!
