Hi Melbourne! A question from a Sydneysider about hybrid work in Melbourne. If you have a hybrid role, what is the ratio of WFH versus in office? Is your company strict about it? I'm thinking of changing city allegiances and making the move south.

Hey stage lights! My company requests 2-3 days in the office per week - I think this is pretty standard in Melbourne at the moment, however, some of the larger corporates are looking like they might go back to more in-office days than that

Hey, it depends on role & companies. Most hybrid roles want 2-3 days minimum in the office & rest WFH. Hope this helps.
