You're best to try and land an electrician role and prove your worth to an employer. They are not going to hand out sponsorship to anyone, they will want to know they can rely on you to perform the role before investing in you. If you prove to be what they are after then you can approach the possibility of sponsorship. If you ran a large company would you pay $1,000's to anyone ??

If so, sponsorship in general is very uncommon and most roles on SEEK will need you to have the right to work in Australia.
