User Experience, UI & Digital Manager
I have worked on short term contracts and my resume has a few roles. I am not getting much traction on my job applications. What should I do to make my work history less of leaping stones? Thank you in advance!

Here’s what I did for my resume: instead of listing tasks or responsibilities for each role, I highlighted accomplishments using numbers, frequencies, and positive impact — to paint a clear picture of my contributions. Hope that works for you too!

you could always collaborate the skills and positions if they're for a similar industry and give the bwginning and ending dtes without all the company names.
find a solid reference person and stick with them.
my resume has a bunch of short term.contracts and positions but I targeted them for that reason. During covid and since, many employers didn't want any permanent staff and casual or contract worked for them.
I have listed all mine as contract work and my ABN to go with them.

You gotta adjust your resume for each role. Cant use the same resume for each application.
